An 8x10” risograph printed original illustration by Meredith Anne White. The piece “root inward, branch outward” has a way of reminding me in practice that the internal work I do with my practice and body is reflected into the physicality of the ways I am able to show up outwardly with others. It may take time, but one’s capacity expands when able to hold grief and pain alongside love and joy and gratitude.
